Amanda

Amanda is founding Director & Enterprise Lead at the Good Works Collective. She is passionate about creative health and grassroots community partnerships. Amanda designed and leads alternative evening social space ‘The ND Women’s Living Room’ a flagship unique bi-monthly event in Derby city for neurodivergent women to pause, rest and connect. She is a trustee at IWD Derby and organises women’s community clothes swap and swish events. Amanda is AuDHD and a parent to two neurodivergent adult daughters, she has three rescue dogs.

Isabelle

Isabelle is a multi-talented, self-taught Derby born musician, singer-songwriter, and composer with a passion for creating music for animation and independent video games. Izzy enjoys supporting others in self-starter projects, helping translate creative branding messages into accessible and impactful digital content. Isabelle came out as a trans-woman in 2024 and has endeavoured to help build a trans inclusive space for all kinds of women across the gender spectrum. She is a busy mum of two who enjoys volunteering and amplifying lesser heard creative voices.

Lucy

Lucy is a visual artist based in Derby and is the owner of Freckle Creative. She opened her studio in Banks Mill in 2024, after many years as a primary school teacher. She is passionate about art, textiles and nurturing creativity. Lucy mentors’ autistic university students and is parent carer to a young person with SEND. She leads ‘Being Us’ in Derby, a group for autistic girls and is creative practitioner for She Creates Anyway. Socialising can be so hard for neurodivergent people, who want to have friends but struggle with social anxiety.

Fatimah

Fatimah Razak is the Director of AFR Accountancy Services Ltd in Derby. She supports women in business, startups, and neurodivergent clients with clear and friendly accountancy support. She helps make tax and accounts feel simple and less stressful. Fatimah is a trustee at Children First Derby and International Women's Day Derby. She is also a Members Advisory Committee member for AAT.
